Appointments
Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time and technician. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
You may book appointments online through our website or by contacting the salon directly.
Velvet Luxe Nail Spa is happy to host large parties for special occasions such as birthdays, bridal parties, bachelorette celebrations, girls’ day out, and other events. To ensure we can properly accommodate your group, we kindly request at least 72 hours advance notice for all large party bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled in order to avoid delaying other guests.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for advance notice.
Providing notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be required to provide a deposit for future bookings.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment and we will gladly make reasonable adjustments.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided for completed services. Adjustments may be offered at management’s discretion.
Children & Additional Guests
For safety and comfort, we kindly request that only guests receiving services remain in the service area unless prior arrangements have been made.
Personal Belongings
Velvet Luxe Nail Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase and make the perfect gift. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
Right to Refuse Service
Velvet Luxe Nail Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or health-related concerns.
